Welcome to AI4US. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform, services, and content. By accessing or using AI4US, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

By accessing and using AI4US (the "Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform, including:

• Webinar attendees (free and paid)
• Content viewers
• Newsletter subscribers
• Get featured query submitters

By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete

2.1 Registration and Access

We offer both free and paid webinars on AI-related topics. When you register for a webinar:

• Free webinars: Registration is required but no payment is necessary
• Paid webinars: Payment must be completed before access is granted
• You will receive a personalized Zoom join URL via email
• Join URLs are unique to you and should not be shared with others
• Webinar access is granted for the scheduled date and time only

2.2 Payment and Pricing

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are displayed in USD
• Discount codes and coupons may be applied at checkout
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders are honored at the purchase price
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information
• Multiple webinars can be purchased in a single checkout session

2.3 Webinar Recordings

Selected webinars may be recorded and made available for replay:

• Recording availability is at our discretion
• You will be notified via email when recordings become available
• Recordings may be password-protected for security
• Access to recordings is limited to registered attendees or purchasers
• Recording access may expire after a specified period

2.4 Webinar Cancellation and Rescheduling

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule webinars due to unforeseen circumstances, including:

• Technical difficulties
• Presenter unavailability
• Insufficient registrations
• Force majeure events

3.1 Webinar Refunds

• No refunds: After the 24-hour cutoff period or after the webinar has started
• Processing time: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method

3.2 Get Featured Payments

Payments for get featured submissions are non-refundable once the interview has been scheduled. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if the interview cannot be conducted due to our fault.

3.3 Refund Requests

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@ai4us.me with:

• Your order ID or transaction details
• Reason for the refund request
• Proof of purchase (if applicable)

4.1 Our Content

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Webinar presentations, slides, and materials
• Recorded webinar sessions
• Episodes, interviews, and demo videos
• Articles, news, and blog posts
• Graphics, logos, and design elements
• Software, code, and technical documentation

is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved by AI4US and our content providers.

4.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and view content for personal, non-commercial use
• Download materials explicitly marked as downloadable
• Share links to publicly available content (not the content itself)

4.3 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content without written permission
• Create derivative works based on our content
• Record, screenshot, or capture webinar sessions (unless explicitly permitted)
• Share your personalized Zoom join URLs with others
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Remove or alter copyright notices or watermarks
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software

4.4 User Submissions

When you submit content to us (Chief AI Officer interviews, demo submissions, comments, feedback):

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content
• You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit the content
• You agree that your content does not violate any third-party rights

You agree to use our Platform in a lawful and respectful manner. You may NOT:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or presenters
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Engage in fraudulent activities or payment disputes
• Share account credentials with others
• Circumvent security measures or access controls

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination, legal action, and reporting to appropriate authorities.

6.1 Submission Process

When you submit an interview proposal:

• Your submission will be reviewed by our team
• Approval is at our sole discretion
• If approved, you will receive a payment link via email
• Payment must be completed within 24 hours (link expires after this period)
• After payment, you will receive a Calendly scheduling link
• You can choose your preferred interview time slot

6.2 Terms

• Interviews are conducted via Zoom/meet or similar platform
• You agree to be recorded and have the interview published
• We retain all rights to edit, publish, and distribute the interview
• You will be credited appropriately in the published content
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance

By subscribing to our newsletter or registering for webinars, you consent to receive:

• Transactional emails (order confirmations, webinar access links, receipts)
• Service updates and important announcements
• Marketing emails about upcoming webinars and content (you can opt out)
• Newsletter content via Mailchimp

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by:

• Clicking the unsubscribe link in any email
• Updating your preferences in your account settings
• Contacting us at support@ai4us.me

Note: You cannot opt out of essential transactional emails related to your purchases or account.

7.1 System Requirements

To use our Platform and participate in webinars, you need:

• A stable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps recommended)
• A compatible device (computer, tablet, or smartphone)
• Modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge - latest version recommended)
• Zoom client or web app for webinar participation
• Enabled cookies and JavaScript

7.2 Platform Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. We may experience downtime due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
• Emergency repairs or security updates
• Third-party service outages (Zoom, Stripe, etc.)
• Force majeure events beyond our control

7.3 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your equipment meets minimum requirements
• Maintaining your internet connection
• Testing your setup before webinars
• Troubleshooting technical issues on your end

We are not responsible for technical issues that prevent you from accessing webinars due to problems with your equipment, internet connection, or third-party services.

Our Platform integrates with and links to third-party services:

• Zoom: Webinar hosting and video conferencing
• Stripe: Payment processing
• Mailchimp: Email marketing and newsletters
• Calendly: Interview scheduling
• Google Analytics: Website analytics

These services have their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for:

• The content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services
• Any damages or losses caused by third-party services
• Changes to third-party terms or availability

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

8.1 "As Is" Disclaimer

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

8.2 Content Disclaimer

The information provided through our Platform is for educational and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content
• That content will meet your specific needs or expectations
• Any particular results from using our content or services

You should not rely solely on our content for business, technical, or professional decisions. Always consult with qualified professionals for specific advice.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI4US AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Loss of use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Damages from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content
• Damages from third-party services or links
• Damages from service interruptions or technical issues

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID us IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

8.4 Jurisdictional Limitations

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI4US, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your content or submissions
• Your breach of any representations or warranties

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using our Platform, you consent to:

• Our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy
• The use of cookies and tracking technologies
• Data processing by our third-party service providers
• International data transfers as necessary to provide our services

11.1 Informal Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at support@ai4us.me to attempt to resolve the issue informally. We will work in good faith to resolve disputes amicably.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.3 Jurisdiction

Any legal action or proceeding arising from these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Pakistan, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes may be made to:

• Reflect changes in our services or business practices
• Comply with legal or regulatory requirements
• Improve clarity or address ambiguities
• Add new features or services

12.1 Notification of Changes

For material changes, we will provide notice by:

• Posting the updated terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date
• Sending an email notification to registered users at least 30 days before the changes take effect
• Displaying a prominent notice on the Platform

12.2 Acceptance of Changes

By continuing to access or use our Platform after the effective date of the updated terms, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Platform.

13.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Following the account deletion process in your account settings (if available)

Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any purchased content. Termination does not entitle you to refunds for previously purchased services.

13.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms and Conditions
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• You abuse or harass other users or our staff
• Your account poses a security risk
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the Platform or specific services

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Platform immediately ceases
• We may delete your account and data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect (including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification)

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI4US regarding the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these terms to any affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

14.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

14.6 Language

These Terms and Conditions are written in English. Any translations are provided for convenience only. In case of conflict, the English version shall prevail.
